Our policies for order cancellation and product returns
1. Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or damage that is visible when opening the box. To request a return, you must: Record a clear, unedited video while opening the package, ensuring the defect or damage is visible. Submit the video on WhatsApp within 24-48 hours of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
2. Refunds
If the submitted video clearly shows a defect or damage, your return request will be approved. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 24-48 days of receiving your order with the required video proof.
4. Easy Returns Process
