Requests are handled per our Cancellation & Return Policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and requested within policy timelines. Record an unboxing video at delivery for faster resolution.

If an item is damaged/defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and the unboxing video. We will assess and provide a replacement or resolution as applicable.
